What is delivered
The âš27 India keepsake purchase is a digital access unlock for one birthday celebration. It enables both video and collage exports for everyone with that celebration link until the celebration reaches its original 24-hour expiry. Payment does not extend the page. It does not include a physical product, courier delivery, or shipping charge.
When access starts
Access normally starts on the celebration page as soon as Razorpay confirms that the payment was captured. Confirmation can take a few moments. If checkout says payment succeeded but the page is still waiting, do not pay again. Reopen the celebration and try the export again after a moment.
Creating the files
Video and collage files are created in the visitor's browser from the celebration photos and messages. Export time and available video format depend on the browser and device. Keep the tab open while a file is being prepared. Access allows repeat exports during the remaining part of the celebration's 24-hour lifetime, so download the files promptly. It does not guarantee that every older browser can create every format.

If verified access does not appear, email wishhappybday@gmail.com with the celebration URL and Razorpay payment or order ID. See the refund policy if we cannot restore a paid unlock.
