Privacy Policy

This policy explains what WishHappyBday collects when you build or visit a birthday celebration page at wishhappybdayto.me, and how long we keep it. If you have a request about a specific page, email wishhappybday@gmail.com.

Information you give us

When you create an account, we store your name and email. For each celebration, we store its link, recipient details, messages, photos, music and template choices, and any guest wishes.

Drafts stay in your browser until you publish. Your account lets you view, pause, or delete your celebrations and access any Premium video you paid for while the celebration is live.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host may log the page requested, browser type, and a coarse location derived from the IP address. We use this to keep the site running and show the correct Premium price. Celebration pages are not added to the public sitemap.

Payment information

If you pay for a keepsake unlock, Razorpay collects the payment and may collect contact information needed for checkout. We do not receive or store your complete card, bank-account, or UPI credentials. We store the celebration reference, our purchase ID, Razorpay order and payment IDs, amount, currency, payment status, purchase time and refund status so we can deliver access, prevent duplicate processing, answer support requests, and keep required financial records. When celebrations leave public view

After 24 hours, we remove your celebration page completely from public view. You can remove it sooner with Delete in your dashboard. Its contents, including photos, messages, and guest wishes, remain in an unpublished draft for future birthday reminders. Premium does not extend the public 24-hour period. Account and payment records may be kept for support, refunds, and legal obligations.

Cookies and advertising

We may use cookies or similar storage for basic site function. If advertising appears on public pages, those partners can use cookies to measure or personalize ads. You can control cookies in your browser. Advertising is not placed on an unlisted celebration page.

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell names, emails, photos, or guest wishes. We do not use celebration photos to train public models.

Your requests

Email us to ask for a copy or deletion of a celebration we can identify. Include the page URL. See the contact page for what to put in the message, and the terms of use for what you may upload.
