Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before payment

Standard Premium is optional. You can close checkout before paying and keep using your free Standard celebration. Birthday Story is free to build and preview, but publication, MP4 video, and PDF keepsakes require payment. You can close Story checkout before paying.

When to request a refund

Email wishhappybday@gmail.com within 7 days of payment if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or could not access Standard Premium or paid Birthday Story publication and included keepsakes after paying. Include the celebration URL and your payment or order ID.

We review each request. If a refund applies, we refund the eligible amount to your original payment method. A successfully delivered Standard Premium unlock or paid Birthday Story publication lasts for the celebration's 24-hour lifetime from first publication or its scheduled start. Edits and later upgrades do not restart that window. This does not limit any rights that applicable law gives you.
