These terms apply when you use wishhappybdayto.me to create, view, or share a birthday celebration. If you do not agree, do not publish a page. Questions go to wishhappybday@gmail.com.
The service
WishHappyBday lets you build a short-lived birthday website from three photos, written messages, a template, and included music. The builder, published link, viewing, guest wishes, music, and normal sharing and collage sharing are free. Premium adds the interactive gift journey and the creator-only video download for a one-time payment as described on our pricing page. Features can change as we improve the site.
Price and location
Premium costs $1 for one celebration. Collage sharing is free. Premium is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Payments and digital delivery
Razorpay processes the payment. We grant access only after the provider confirms payment. A paid unlock belongs to the celebration creator's account and allows repeat video downloads until the celebration reaches its 24-hour expiry. Guests do not receive video access. Payment does not extend the deadline. There is no physical product or shipping. See the delivery policy and refund policy for support and refund details.
Your content
You must own the photos you upload or have permission from the people in them. Do not upload illegal material, sexual content involving anyone 17 or under, hate, harassment, or content meant to impersonate someone without their knowledge in a harmful way. We may refuse or remove a celebration that breaks these rules.
Photos are checked automatically for explicit content. That check can make mistakes. If a safe photo is blocked, contact us instead of trying to bypass the filter.
Links and guests
You are responsible for who you send the celebration URL to. Anyone with the link can view the page and add a wish while it is live. Do not use the service to spam people or to collect emails for marketing.
How long a page lasts
Every published celebration is available for 24 hours from creation, including celebrations with a paid keepsake unlock. Payment unlocks video downloads during that same period and does not extend hosting. We may take a page down earlier if it violates these terms or if you ask us to remove it and we can identify it.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, scrape other people's celebrations, or use the builder to host content that is not a birthday greeting. Custom routes should be letters, numbers, and dashes only. You may not claim a route that impersonates another person in order to mislead their contacts.
Limitation of liability
The site is a small independent project. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost photos, a link that expires before every guest opens it, device-specific export limitations, or downtime. Keep your own copies of any photo or export you care about.
