How to Add Photos and Music to a Birthday Surprise Link

To make a birthday surprise link with photos and music on WishHappyBday, log in free, choose a template and an included soundtrack, then add exactly three photos with a message for each. Enter the birthday person's details, preview the page and publish the generated link when you are ready to share it.

Add a name, photos and music in the birthday builder

1. Open the free Standard builder and sign in with a free account.
2. In Template, choose Love, Friend or Family.
3. In Music, preview a bundled soundtrack and use the selection button to choose it.
4. In Photo 1, add your greeting, first photo and first photo message.
5. In Photo 2 and Photo 3, add the remaining two photos and a message for each.
6. In Details, check the recipient's name and email, choose an available custom route and review any scheduled opening time.
7. In Review & Submit, inspect the entire page and choose Standard for free publication. Copy the generated link to share it yourself.

A customer celebration stays live for 24 hours after it opens. Leave the opening time blank to start when you publish, or set a scheduled opening time in the builder. Opening the link later does not restart the window. Check the opening time carefully. Scheduling uses your creator country's local time and a matching browser time zone where applicable. The opening time cannot be changed afterward.

Choosing photos that actually land

The builder requires three photos. Give each photo a different job so the result tells a small story.

An early memory. Choose a picture connected to how you met, a family occasion or a day you both remember. It does not need to be professionally shot; the message can explain why the moment matters.

A recent favorite. Use a clear photo that shows the person as they are now. A candid moment can work well if they are comfortable with you sharing it.

A shared moment. End with a photo that connects to your wish for the year ahead, such as a trip you would like to repeat or people you hope to see together again.

Use photos you have permission to share. Avoid pictures that reveal private addresses or show someone in a situation they would not want circulated.

Getting photo order and sizing right

Use JPEG, PNG or WebP images and check the three preview slots after uploading. Large images are resized in the browser. Choose clear originals and inspect faces near the edges, because an image can be cropped to fit its frame.

Add each photo and its message as a pair. For a trip photo, you might write: I still laugh about us getting lost on the way to [place]. Thank you for making even the wrong turns fun. For the last photo, add a wish or a plan for the year ahead.

If a photo is rejected, check that it is an image in a supported format and try a clearer original. Photo moderation can make mistakes; use the contact page if a safe picture continues to fail.

Choosing a song that fits the message

WishHappyBday offers included tracks in the music picker. Preview them and choose a playful or gentler track to match the person and the words. The builder does not accept a custom song or audio-file upload.

If a particular song matters to your relationship, mention the memory connected to it in a photo message. You can discuss or share that song separately using a service you already use; it does not have to be the page's background music.

Testing before you send

Read the page with sound off first. The recipient should be able to understand the surprise from the photos and messages alone. Then test the music control and choose a comfortable volume.

If sound does not start when you open the page, try the visible play or sound control. Browser playback behavior can vary. Do not assume a silent first opening means that the page or track is missing.

Check the birthday person's name and every message for leftover placeholders. Test the generated link from the same phone you will use to send it. Guests can open the link without an account.

Is a birthday link with photos and a song free?

The Standard celebration includes three photos, their messages, a template, included music and link sharing for free. The creator needs a free account. Premium is optional; check the current pricing and builder options if you want its extra features.

Can I change a photo after publishing?

Review the photos carefully before submitting. The current public celebration does not have an edit control. If you need to correct a photo or message, use your dashboard to manage the existing celebration and create a corrected page with a new route.

Keep a copy of the original photos and messages before publishing. If you choose Premium, the creator can use its video option during the celebration's live window; check the current terms shown in the app. A video unlock does not extend the page's lifetime.
